Two states ship. Here is everything else, honestly.

Most vendors in this category publish a map of fifty states. This is what we can actually defend: two jurisdictions shipped, four encoded and still in review, and forty-four we have not touched. The platform refuses to derive a date in the last group, and says so.

Shipped

The pack is verified against primary sources, the jurisdiction is in the platform's contract list, and the deadline engine derives dates per parcel with the citation attached. These are the states you can run a pilot in.

Encoded, in review

The pack exists and was read against primary sources on 17 August 2026, which corrected real defects in each one. They are not released: every pack here is marked partially verified, none is in the contract jurisdiction list, and the deadline interface cannot drive them yet. We publish them so you can see the work, not so you can buy it.

Not encoded

No pack, so no derived dates. A parcel in one of these states can still live in the platform as a record with its owners, documents, offers and approvals. What it will not get is a statutory deadline, because nobody here has read that statute yet and we will not guess at one.

Why this list is not longer. Encoding a state means reading its condemnation statute end to end, attaching a citation to every requirement, deriving the dates, and having each number checked against the primary source before release. Doing that badly is worse than not doing it, because a wrong date that cites a real statute is the hardest kind of error to catch.
